Dear EA Valued Customers, Employees, and Partners:

As we all collectively face the unprecedented global uncertainty brought about by the rapidly evolving COVID-19 Pandemic we first and foremost hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe and are taking all required measures and precautions to remain as such.

On Friday, April 3rd, the province of Ontario updated its list of essential workplaces that can remain operational. As a supplier to the healthcare sector, various levels of government and producers of necessary goods for essential service providers, EA is deemed an essential manufacturer and is permitted to continue operating during this time.

We appreciate and are honoured by the trust and loyalty you have placed in us and would like to provide you with the latest information surrounding our evolving business continuity status, the safeguarding of employee health, and overall attempt to minimize the impact on the manufacturing, delivery of services/products, and support provided to you.

All orders are still being processed, and we are fully open for business, however some lead times may be affected as we have dealt with numerous supply chain interruptions and challenges. We have been doing our best to reflect current lead times when acknowledging orders; however if you have questions or require clarification please contact our customer service.

Our office staff is working from home as much as practically possible. Our showroom has been closed since this crisis began, and we are discouraging any visits to our facility with the exception of product pick ups. We have begun a contactless pick up process for your safety. We have also increased our housekeeping, cleaning and sanitization practices throughout our facilities.

In our manufacturing facilities, to protect our workers during this time, we are stepping up our infection control efforts through enhanced cleaning protocols, constantly reminding employees to wash/sanitize their hands, maintaining physical distancing as well as performing health checks for all employees at the start of each shift.

We acknowledge that these are uncertain times requiring a global effort to contain and manage this pandemic. EA’s top priority is to ensure the safety and health of our employees, while maintaining business continuity to provide the support and service our customers and partners have come to count on.

Given these uncertain times we feel this is an appropriate time to remind all our partners that our company has been continuously in business for over 30 years and solely focused on the ergonomic product space since our inception. Our company is exceptionally strong from a financial and operational standpoint and stands committed and able to continue supplying your needs and providing the exceptional service we have always strived for.
